We believe in meeting our clients in person when possible, at either one of our office locations in Durham, NC or Apex, NC or at an alternate public location, if necessary. We hold Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) meetings for our current Medicare clients to inform them of the changes that will take place to their Medicare plans for the coming year.
We conduct educational presentations for large or small groups in order to help people understand and navigate Medicare. We help clients throughout the entire process and assist them in understanding and the filling out of online and paper applications.
