Jan Morgan launched Morgan & Allen. She has been in the Insurance Industry since 2005. She heads up our satellite office in Durham and specializes in a wide array of insurance and ancillary products with her focus being in the Medicare Market.

Matt Allen is Partner at Morgan & Allen. He has been in the insurance industry since 2012. He leads our Cary office location and specializes in a wide array of insurance and ancillary products with his focus also in the Medicare Market. He focuses on the Greater Triangle Area, and all surrounding counties.

Stephanie Honeycutt has worked both on the individual and group side of the insurance world. She has been in the industry since 1996 and specializes in both the over and under 65 market including Short Term Medical in Durham, Orange, and surrounding counties.

Mary K Carter has been in the insurance industry since the early 90’s, where she offered Life, Disability, Long Term Care and Medicare Supplements and started providing Medicare Advantage plans in 2014. She joined Morgan & Allen in October of 2017. She concentrates on Wake, Johnston, Nash and surrounding counties.

Stacey Chambers has been an insurance broker for over ten years. She specializes in working with seniors on Medicare. Her passion for helping people maintain a high quality of life has enabled a satisfying career in the insurance industry. A Burlington, NC native, she now resides in the Raleigh/Durham area but services all of NC. Stacey has two grown boys that make her so proud to be a mom. She loves her clients and considers them all to be just like family.

Angie, has been in the insurance industry since 2014. She is a fully licensed agent and Medicare Broker in North Carolina and South Carolina. She has been in sales for 25 years as well as a self employed business owner since 2009. She loves people and helping others. Blessed with 1 daughter and two beautiful grandkids.

Barney Surles, Director of Operations since 2017, facilitates the day-to-day operations and assists partnering agents as required. A licensed agent since 2019, Barney is responsible for our client information security, privacy and agent compliance.

Sue Miles is a licensed Medicare Agent Advisor and client-support for Jan Morgan. She has a background in Education and Office Management. Teaching people about Medicare is one of her biggest joys. Her love of technology comes in handy for navigating the Medicare world as a lot of the knowledge and processing goes digital. Sue has one grown daughter and loves spending time walking, knitting, reading, and roller-skating. She is licensed in NC and SC.

Ashley is a Memphis, Tennessee native and a proud graduate of the University of Memphis. She is the proud mother of one son, Kingston, and the wife of a Durham local, Jon. With an extensive background in customer service, Ashley has mastered the art of catering to the needs of others. She is not only compassionate, but also highly organized and efficient in every aspect of client service and satisfaction. These skills fuel her passion for helping people during one of life’s most significant transitions. She stays up to date with the latest trends and developments of the ever-changing Medicare world, ensuring she can provide you with the most relevant and accurate information.

A Washington DC native, and former New England resident, Patty moved to the Cary/Apex area of NC in 2020 with her two children who are now 17 & 19. After a fifteen-year career in the financial investment industry, she chooses to specialize in Medicare as an Independent Insurance Agent, because she enjoys educating and helping people understand their health insurance options, without ever charging a fee for her services, and  giving unbiased opinions and information so her clients make the best decisions possible for themselves.

Hitesh Patel moved from India to the greater triangle area in 2005. He is a leader in his local community and takes satisfaction in serving Seniors and helping them take advantage of the benefits offered to them. Hitesh speaks three languages which include English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
