The Medicare Annual Election Period (AEP) is October 15- December 7. This is the time of year that you can make a plan change if needed. Please fill out the form to RSVP for one of our Medicare Plan Review meetings if you need to review other plan options for 2022 or have questions on your current coverage. You can either securely submit your prescription drug list below, or simply bring your list to one of our meetings. This will allow me to review your medications and compare plans to make a recommendation on a plan that best fits your needs.
